How to make F2L easier to learn

Hey there. I want any advice to improve my F2L because I notice how bad I am in F2L during my solves. I average 18 seconds on 3x3 and never improved for a month.
So, does any of you have great advice to learn full F2L? Because I do not know how to learn it.

just go to speedcubedb and learn the algs
then go and do untimed solves or slow solves and practice those solutions
make sure to follow the rule: “dont rotate until you know your pair”
also i have a guide for sub-15

I now know what all of you average (muhahahahahahaha)
but first here are the “requirements”:
be sub-20
know full F2L (atleast the front slot cases)
know full PLL (with the sole exception of @THE_V01DL0RD of course)

1. Learn full OLL
While you can definitely get like sub-12 with 2-look OLL, it’s much better in the long run to learn it at around the 15-17 second barrier.
