How to Lube puzzles

SO anyway
I found a pretty good setup with FZ glide for many puzzles now. Just clean your puzzle of choice, put in Fz glide, break it in, and then add Mystic/DNm/rush. Goated setup

what general lubes do you recommend for someone with no current lubes?

One fast, one smooth, and one heavy. Stardust, Martian and Lunar for SCS and DNM, Mystic and Weight 5 for Cubicle buyers.

Trying to lube your puzzle with ‘at home solutions’ will only damage your cube in the long run so stay away from those
