I'm going to start learning COLL, but I have a couple of question before I start. First, where can I find the most up-to-date COLL algorithms? I saw cyotheking.com had the algs but I wasn't sure if they were outdated or not. I've also heard that S/AS COLLs aren't worth learning, is that true? Finally, how do you quickly recognize different cases? Any help from you guys would be greatly appreciated!

https://speedcubedb.com/a/3x3/COLL This is probably the best place for up to date algorithms.
For Sunes and Antisunes, I think it depends. For example, I find it hard not to go for a Niklas when I see one because it is so short for an EPLL. I think the sunes and antisunes are worth it, but only a little. However, it is only 12 algs.
Just something to keep in mind: when people argue against COLL, they compare a Z perm to a J perm, and while a J perm is better than a Z perm, you get a U perm 2/3 times with COLL, and a Z perm 1/6 times, and Z perm is still quite fast compared to adj PLL.
You recognize the case by looking at which stickers are the same, which are adjacent, and which are opposite.
One more thing: COLL is worth it, but I think ZBLL is better. Obviously it is faster, although it takes a lot more work; However, you don't need to learn all of ZBLL. Just learn what you can. People tend to shy away from ZBLL, but you will need it when you get faster, might as well get started now.
Hope this helps!

Thank you! I'll probably use the google doc for now since it's easy to print, and use speedcubedb for training and a couple ZBLLs when I have time. Once summer hits I'll be able to invest more time into ZBLL, but I only have time for one alg a day right now.

For ZBLL I highly suggest you look at Juju's sheet for algs

And for training i highly suggest you use this site https://bestsiteever.ru/zbll/

I currently am learning full ZBLL, and these are the best sources/tools i've found.
