I currently average about 25 seconds on the 3x3 rubik's cube, and I use a Cube4You brand cube. I know all but 4 PLLs and about 15 OLLs. I was wondering what I should do to get faster. Also, my F2L is kind of slow and I was also wondering how to speed that up (if you couldn't figure this out from what I previously said, I use the Fridrich method).

Thanks for your help,
Keivaun

First of all, finish learning the PLL's.

Once you know full PLL, don't worry about cramming OLL's right away, focus more on your F2L.
Like everyone always says, slow down and look ahead during F2L, it really helps. Give it some time and you'll improve.

By the way, is this Keivaun Waugh?

I use a Cube4You brand cube.

What has your cube to do with it?

My best advice is go to a competition and ask other cubers for tips.
I started the CFOP method right about after Dutch Open 2007, Joël van Noort told me how it worked. :)

Good Luck.

Ps. Somehow I am happy to tell my story about Joël, am I being a senior cuber? You know like retired people who keep talking about the ''past''? :|

I remember well, back in 1944 how we had to spit into our cube because of the shortage of lubrication. And still managed to have times bellow 10 seconds.
Man, everything was soo much better.
Those were the days mate.
