How to get faster at pyraminx

I need some tips to solve the pyraminx faster. I average aabout 4-5 Seconds.

I'm not as fast in Pyraminx but I didn't find a general thread with pyraminx tips. So maybe we can use this one.

I'm just learning intuitive L4E and it works quite good.
I have still to think a little too much about my next steps but in general I'm already faster than with LBL.

What do you do if the full Down Layer is solved? Continue with LBL Method? Destroy it to get a L4E Case?
Or use a "Full L4E Alg"? I've checked these but have problems to recognize them

Where did you learn this? I want to learn this method (I've read that it's the next step after LBL, correct me if I'm wrong), and I've tried learning intuitive L4E, but I don't understand how it works. Is there a good video or article that you recommend that shows how to do it?

I can't remember which one I watched first but probably it was one if these

This one is also very handy. Maybe not to learn, because its very short, but it gives to have a good overview of all the cases
I've made screenshots for all the cases and put it together in one document to check them

Here is a good overview about all the L4E cases but without explanation it's hard do know what to watch for.

In the intuitive L4E you normally learn just the "upper edge solved" part, because thats the most intuitive part,
Here you only watch for the 3 front pieces in the middle layer

Back to my initial question: I found a Video for the "Down Edge solved" cases.

It has only 57 views and was hard to find but has some good explanations what to look for.

As this is the last part of the LBL it can save you a couple of steps where most of the LBL do two steps to rotate the Edges first (R U' R' U') (R U' R') and then flip the last ones (R' L R L') (U L' U' L),
Instead you can just do one simple alg : L (U R U' R') L' or R' (U' L' U L) R
For this you need the piece that doesn't fit any of the center colors to the back, then turn the side with no block down, do a reverse sexy on the other side and then turn it back up.

Thank you, these are some great resources, I haven't looked at most of these videos yet, so those will help.

thank you I make the first layer exept one edge and then the alg for L4E. (If I know the case)
