How to get f2l in 10 seconds

I'm struggling in f2l my f2l can range from 8 secs to 15 secs I wanna be more consistent and my lookahead is mid I'm stuck I need help my cross is 1-4 secs on average so that's good right, for now f2l is my bottleneck rlly frustrated (ik full oll and full pll)

Cross depends on your average, it should be about 15% of your solve time. For f2l, mainly focus on learning better algorithms and lookahead. Lookahead helps a ton, it got me from sub 20 to sub 15 for my entire solve.

I do plan cross, sometimes when the cross is hard I plan 3 cross pieces then just do the last one but it takes longer

I've been told that the WRM V10 is good and I got it so it's definitely not my hardware maglev,UV,ballcore my cross is pretty efficient but on hard crosses I do around 10 moves instead of my usual 8 move cross my lookahead is mid usually 1 pause for f2l
I use around 4-10 moves for each f2l pair idk if that's efficient

At 25 seconds, your cross should be about 3-3.5 seconds and your f2l should be about 14-15 seconds. I know you aren’t thinking about last layer, but you should be able to do 2 look OLL in and PLL in 3-4 seconds for each, this adds up to 25 and is about where I was at 25 seconds.

My cross is that amount of time and I learned all 70 or so algs for 1 look oll and Pll, my oll is around 3 secs but my pll is 3-6 secs depending on the case and my goal is sub 20 I get sub 20 solves once in a while and my average is now 21.56ao5
