Splits are for cross, f2l, oll, pll.
I use cfop, tps around 4-5 for f2l and 5-6 for ll.
Ive been cubing for just above an year.

I want to get sub-10 before this year. How can i accomplish my goal?

Let me know if I'm at fault here, but that seems quite physically impossible

Jokes aside, looking at the splits, it seems you need to drill a few LL algs, or improve your recognition. Also, keeping track of splits takes time and concentration. I would recommend filming solves instead, it gives you an even better idea of where your weaknesses are and doesn't take extra effort during the solve. (I say this now but I barely ever filmed my own solves. It's not necessary but can be useful)
