How to fix polarity issues on a magnetic 4x4

I recently bought a Qiyi WuQue that had been magnetized by the previous owner, and he said that it had polarity issues. My plan is to remove all of the magnets and put them back in the correct way. Does anyone have a polarity map for a 4x4 or a better way to go about this? Thanks

Start with an edge piece, split it and make sure that the two halves attract when placed side by side, then use those as a template to properly magnetise the remaining edges and corners.

Do you know what to do about the corners?

When I say "use those as a template", I mean you take a part you're sure has the correct polarity/polarities, put it next to a part that has had its magnet removed, then place the magnet in the nonmagnetised part (it'll automatically move to the correct location with the correct polarity, because ~magnets~) and put some glue on it. You can use the edges as a template for the corners in this way.
