A kid at school scratched my RS3M V5 UV badly. I have a comp in 22 days. Can I fix this?

Get some clear UV coating and apply it to the cube.A kid at school scratched my RS3M V5 UV badly. I have a comp in 22 days. Can I fix this?

It’s ok for non bld eventsThey are circled now
But I'm 12 and I'm BrokePlastic is tricky to repair, especially to a similar look/texture of it's pre-damaged form. Perhaps you could see if any cube shops have spare pieces or caps to purchase? I know TheCubicle used to sell individual pieces--not sure if they still do though. There's definitely time to order a new part if you can.
So I UV coated some of my cubes. I got a clear gel UV coating and a UV lamp from Amazon. I put it on and the looked amazing.WDYM
Actually, this is not true. If you have a scratch on a piece such that it is differentiable from other pieces, it is not legal. This applies to sighted events as well. It’s ok for non bld events
Top left and top right corners, I competed with this chbeActually, this is not true. If you have a scratch on a piece such that it is differentiable from other pieces, it is not legal. This applies to sighted events as well.
that's because they aren't very noticable and during a solve you weren't thinking about them.Top left and top right corners, I competed with this chbeView attachment 31588

You can buy replacement parts from the cubicle. Also, what comp are you going to? I have an RS3M V5 and would be willing to let you borrow it if we are happening to go to the same competition.RIP RS3M V5
