I got one for Christmas and I completely screwed it up! I got it into a different shape and now I got it back to a 2x4, but the rings aren't right. The pieces are in the wrong spots. How do you fix it?

Also is there a transformation for swapping the whole bottom row with the whole top row?
Yes there is: (from solved to switched)
Put tile 1 and 5 behind tile 2 and 6 (fold left to back)
Put tile 4 and 8 behind tile 3 and 7 (fold right to back)
Put tile 1 and 4 behind tile 5 and 8 (fold top to back)
Pull tile 1 and 5 out of the stack (pull left)
Pull tile 4 and 8 out of the stack (pull right)
Unfold the rest of the stack to recreate a 2x4

Why would you fix a magic? Magic is lame.

Then again, I practiced it down to top-5 in the world. :P

On Jaap's page there are all the transforms necessary for restoring it back to normal.
