how to average 15 seconds

Cross-2 seconds
F2L- 8 seconds (2 seconds per slot)
OLL- 1.5 seconds
PLL- 2.5 seconds

Compare your breakdown to that one and see what you need to work on also don't forget to practice, practice and more practice Learn all OLL's gradually, i havent bothered, lol.

I average 15 seconds give or take half a second, and i know most OLL, i don't know the dot ones and the 'awkard' shape ones.

Yeah, to me all of them look either like letters or something, I don't know of any awkard ones (not that I'm learning them cos I only need the cross ones for ZZ, with OLL/PLL .. but after that 160 algs..... )

my LL times varies from time to time most of the time my LL takes around 5-10 seconds

No, I meant the actual OLL's . I tend to ignore spelling mistakes unless I really feel like digging in to someone.
