How should pyraminx inspection time be used?

What do you look for during Pyraminx inspection?

I use Oka, so I plan out how to solve the first edge, and place the second edge. If that's easy (it normally is) I'll plan out what the orientation of the centers will be.

Could you explain Oka method to me?

There's videos for it, and it's kind of hard to explain with just words, but...

First you solve two edges that surround one of the centers, then you orient the remaining centers. Then you use one of 3 algs to solve the third edge surrounding the first center. Finally you solve the edges of the last layer (ELL) using one of 5 algs.

EDIT: Algs are on this page.

I voted centers+3 edges :)

if the scramble is kind of easy I'll just one look it, if it's not too hard I will try recognize if it's gonna be a hard or easy LL case.

Thanks

I try to get the centers and one edge, but I don't take Pyra seriously or ever practice it so I don't actually have a method that I use.

Unless there's a name for "do sexy move repeatedly until something happens", lol. Seems to be the one puzzle where you can not know what you're doing and get away with that.

I just inspect centers and corners. And even that way, I sometimes fail to remember what to do :fp. I don't practice pyraminx, either.
