So on my first (and thankfully worst) solve in my 3x3 average I just realized looking over the footage that I picked up the cube before I signed for the time (as shown in screenshot), so how should I contact the delegate's to get this +2'ed.

I'm f###ing stupid..PNG

Do you want a +2?
Yeah, I clearly was not tampering with the alignment of the cube but touching it still breaks regulations.
A6e2) Penalty for touching the puzzle after stopping the timer without applying any moves: time penalty (+2 seconds). Exception: if immediately after stopping the timer, the competitor briefly touches the puzzle without affecting its state, the time penalty may be lifted, at the discretion of the judge (see Regulation 11f).

The competition page on the WCA either has contact information for the organisers, or a comment form that sends an email to the organisers and delegates. Either way, that'll give you a way of contacting the delegates for the competition.

Cool that you are so fair to tell this, but I thinks as long as no records were broken, I would say that no one really cares.

Maybe they and you could even count it as the exception case

Actually, thinking about this again: If the judge has already checked your cube and signed the score card, even if you haven't signed yet, that should still be fine.

A6e) After stopping the timer, the competitor must not touch, apply a move, or make any change in alignment to the puzzle, until the judge has inspected the puzzle.

Yeah I had emailed Raymond (the comp organizer) yesterday and he said the solve was fine for that very reason.
