How many strings are in a magic?

yeah, i'm not good at organizing ideas on paper. no wonder why i got a C-, lol. so, on topic, me and my brother can solve in like 3 seconds. is that too violent?

I think you're trying to imply that 3 seconds is fast. It really depends on how your hands move and stuff, I would have to see a video. I don't think that's violent though. The current magic single world record is 0.77 seconds by the way.

yeah, i know. 0.77 seconds. it takes like 0.25 sec to actually hit the stackmat, (i think) so the actual solve is like 0.50 seconds, which is just insane. too bad i can't video my solve. ah well. i guess i'll give up tho. i got lost at the third string.it's just so hard to keep the strings in place.

Well for me, I have to use all 16 strings or my magic dies pretty fast and I'd have to restring it again. 3 seconds is with the slower method right? There's a faster one which is the one most people that in compete use (twist + 6 flip).

no, i just started learning the twist and 6 flip thing. i was getting the hang of it then i screwed the magic.
