How do i solve a 3x3x7 K4 style.

Hello, my minions, I have just recently purchased a 3x3x7, and saw Dan cohens vid on his 1:39 second solve.

Now he states that he uses a K4 style to solve and I was wondering if anybody knew
how to do so, because it seems to be an efficient method to solve it.

Right now I am averaging 4 minutes.

i do what i consider k4 style on 3x3x5 and i solve the outer layers and middle layer. then solve 2 adj wing edge groups then use an alg for the last 2 then use comms for the edges

Solve outer and middle layers normally.
Solve 1x2x3 blocks in the middle layers with columns.
Solve the last four 'edges' with K4ELL.
