How do I go from 12 down to 10 second avg?

Im stuck at 14 Occasionally I get twelves. Main thing i struggle on is the G-perms. Each one of them takes me like 3 seconds or so . Trying to look for finger tricks to help me do them faster >:L

The best thing that you can do to improve your times is complain about being slow on the forums. Lots of people are starting to do this now and it's really helping them get faster. People who tell you to practise are just saying that because they don't want you to know that complaining is superior, so they just tell you to practise instead. Don't practise at all because it doesn't improve your times. In most cases of people practising, people actually tend to get slower than they started.

Just be critical of yourself and spend time on combining each element of your solve smoothly. Not too critical though, cuz after a while it'll generate more problems as I have discovered...
