I average a sub 30 I want to average sub 20

1. Get a better skewb if you don't have one already
2. Learn basic finger tricks for stuff like sledges and hedges
3. Optimize the beginner's method. You can still average sub 20 with it
4. Learn Sarah's method

What Discomantis said is more than enough for sub-20. Most important thing is practice, without that you will not be fast.
