I average sub1:30 I want to average sub 45

You should learn good finger tricks. Basic ones like turning R U with pinky and index finger. And practise that. To get good at it I practised a lot of 2 gen solving. So R U scrambles and solve with only R U.

Practice your finger tricks and turning and then just practice solving.

Also to get sub-45 OH without too much practice you’ll probably need a 3x3 average of sub 30 or so
