I am currently averaging 14-15 seconds and my PB single is 10.01.

I currently use CFOP, I don’t understand what you mean by splits, I mostly struggle with F2L lookahead, I know 1 look OLL and PLL and am currently learning COLL. I will send some vids of my average of 5s when I finish my school. What method do you use? What are your current splits? What do you struggle with? What algs do you know? Can you send some reconstructions or example solves in so we can critique? Some solving videos would be very helpful as well.
I hate to break it to you, but there isn’t some secret tip that we have that we can tell you that will instantly make you sub-10. Unless you give us something to work with so we can give you actual advice, the only thing I can say is what the single universal requirement of improvement is: practice. A whole heck of a lot. Practice is the only universal thing that is required to improve, but we can’t tell you *how* to practice and *what* to practice and what to learn and work on unless you give us a bit more information
I personally feel like you should learn WV before COLL (thats just me tho)I currently use CFOP, I don’t understand what you mean by splits, I mostly struggle with F2L lookahead, I know 1 look OLL and PLL and am currently learning COLL. C: 1.85 F: 8.39 O: 2.66 P: 2.15You should learn neither. Both have some great cases and both have some lousy ones. Learning all of WV is pointless, as some cases are slower than just doing OLL. COLL is the same (most people recommend against S/AS as it takes a very long time and a lot of effort to make them worth knowing and generally it’d be more advised to start learning other alg sets).
Either way, learning algs won’t make much of a difference in your times, other than some very easy and helpful cases (mostly from OLS subsets). The biggest importance would be drilling the algs you already know (sub-1 basically every LL alg and extremely efficient recognition) and, most importantly, improving F2L.
Splits would be how long it takes to complete each step (Cross, F2L, OLL, PLL). You can find these either by using multiphase mode in csTimer, or by recording your solves and extracting the data afterwards.
To improve at lookahead, practice doing slow solves in which you don’t pause at all. Turn as slowly as you need to not at all pause. Then practice a ton and slowly ramp up the speed while still not pausing until eventually you can turn full speed without pausing.
Some videos would definitely be super helpful.
Also, keep in mind that going from sub-15 to sub-10 is many many times harder than going from sub-20 to sub-15. No matter how impeccable your strategy and dedications is, it will require many many hours of practice and thousands of solves
Edit: it’s worth mentioning I myself average 14 seconds. That doesn’t mean I can’t give good advice, but it does mean I can’t speak from personal experience
