How did I make this pattern?

Last night I was playing around with my cube just turning the middle slices, and I accidentally got my cube into a state that is similar to the solved state, but the center piece on each layer is the wrong color. I don't know how I did it though. Does anyone have an algorithm to recreate this pattern?

I like to do it the way Odin said, also l L' d' D L' l d D' or similar. It's easier to fix the centers this way because you can see where they go.

The simplest way is to repeat this 4 times: (M' [rotate cube about U axis]). It is equivalent to M' S M S' and the ones mentioned earlier.

Haha, I remember that I did the same thing on the first day I started messing with the cube. I did that for just 4 sides though. Figured out how to do the 6 side the next day.

to do: M' E' M E

to solve: position the cube such that the color of the ring on the F face matches the color of the center on the U face. then, determine which face (it will always be L or R) has a ring which matches the F center.
