How can i improve?

Ok, so i'm currently using LBL f2l, and fridrich LL, i only know about 5 OLL cases, and the following permutations:
J(F face)
both Us
both As
adjacent edge swap
H

I'm using an edges then corners OLL


Here are my times for each step:
Cross: 2.36, 9.75, 6.81, 14.33, 7.84 average - 8.22
F2L: 32.50, 28.40, 15.83, 18.33, 17.94 average - 23.42 seconds
OLL: 8.56, 7.11, 8.97, 13.32, 3.61 average - 9.01 seconds
PLL: 4.02, 15.20, 7.26, 12.73, 7.73 average - 8.74 seconds

Solving average: 61.xx seconds

Yea, upgrade your LL to a 3LLL with cross, full colour then PLLs. It should shave your averages by 10 seconds if you're going from 4LLL to 3LLL.

Yea, i remember when I was getting about a min.
I now get about 38 sec. though.

heres what you should do: First off, memorize the 2 more OLLs for goodness sake! that certainly won't kill you, its 2 algs -.- just memorize them lol! Muscele Memeory FTW!

Ok, next improve your cross and F2L, especially your cross!
cross shouldn't take you more than 5 sec. at MAX.
Now, as for F2L intuitive(which I do), just go through all the cases, and see what your mind tells you, find a good sequence(I'm not gonna say algorithm, because this is intuitive.) that fits your fingers.

Then, after that, work on all 21 PLLs, I am currently at this step, but i know mostly all of them now. Ok, the way to learn these buggers is to memorize AND master, yea, master(algorithms are no good if you can't do them fast) all of these, a good time to memorize these algs are to do it when your in a car ride, approximately, 1 hr. or more, because just sitting there at a table, forcing you self to memorize them isn't going to help, at least not at much.

After that, (this is what I plan to do) you should go back to the OLLs, and learn them. I can't give you any advice here, because I haven't done this yet

Then, after that, I guess you would just touch up on everything else and practice..

hm...for me..i find the oll cases much easier to memorize than the PLL's . pll's don't have any logic to me...(at the moment). but i know i have to learn them some day...so i can start already

Thanks, and i do know 3-4 OLL cases, but i'll probably work on PLL, then F2L, and OLL last i already do 3LLL if that is orient edges, orient corners, and then position all of them.

PLL should come before OLL. Full OLL doesnt improve ur times as much as full PLL

Unless you know all 21 PLL's you only have a 3 LLL if you get one of the PLL cases you know.

It's also argueably much more important than OLL as you can do it as fast as you want because there is nothing after it where as medium paced OLL would give you time to watch what PLL is coming...
