How can i improve TPS + LL

I just did a ~23 sec solve to see my breakdown
F2l+Cross 14sec
2look OLL 4 sec
1look PLL 5 sec
My LL was 40% of my solve time is this bad and how i can improve.
I think recog takes me as long as execution.
What should the ratio of the solve breakdown of F2l:LL be.

go to qqtimer and do a bunch of last slot + last layer scrambles so you can practice recognition more.
As for TPS, it will just naturally increase over time with practice.

I have very slow last layer as well.
I think PLL time attacks, and also training each PLL repeatedly trying to get them all sub-2 can be very helpful.

LL should be around 33% of your solve. ratio 2:1
Learn some basic OLL.
Check to see if you can improve your PLL algs. Different algs suit different styles.

PLL time attacks helped me get from 4 to 6.5 TPS over a few months and helped improve my LL a bunch.
