You could also do T perm starting with an R', I personally do it faster than the other alg, but it's a lot of moves.

I do it with J perm: R' U R' F' R U R' U' R' F R2 U' R' U' R2, but I might have to learn cuboy's alg...

E: or R2' U L F' R U2' R' U R U2', which is R2 then one of my adj swap algs
E2: I execute it more like x' R2 F R F' R U2' R' U R U2'... but that's actually one of my other 2x2 adj swap algs setup with R' x'!

I figured out this one which feels pretty fast... bar at front:

R U' R' U' R' F2 U' R U R' F2 R2

It's just a modification of an adjacent swap on the bottom and diagonal swap on the top:

i.e. R U' R' U' R' F2 U' R U R followed by R2 F2 R2
