Hi all! I'm Denys from Kyiv, Ukraine. Started solving cube from February this year. Going on my first competition this weekend. No expecting anything special about it, as I'm averaging only about 30-35 secs for now (PB - 21.02). But just curious how it is so decided to try Hope it will be some fun!

What is your main for 3x3 and what events can you solve?

My main is GTS v2 M, and I only do regular 3x3 for now. Maybe after competition I will get interest to try something more? Who knows

BTW here are some of my current PBs for 3x3:

• Single: 21.02
• Ao5: 28.46
• Ao12: 31.09
• Ao100: 35.94

Competition was really interesting. Something that is definitely worth trying at least!
Results are not so impressive though... 34.76 best and only 47.55 avg (results). Was really nervous, especially for the first couple of solves. Then became a bit more calm, but still far away from results at home

Actually I think that was because I paused training for a month right before competition and a bit lost my skill. And I can say it is happening really quickly... Without at least few dozens of solves each day it is very easy to start messing up with some most complex algs.

But anyway, it was fun, and I will definitely go to next competition in my city! But will be more prepared next time!

And I've already improved my personal bests, which is encouraging:

• Single: 15.42
• Ao5: 26.44
• Ao12: 31.00
• Ao100: 34.60
