Hi all, just joined recently. I live in Wicklow, Ireland.
Had a cube in the 80's but now my 11 year old son got a speed cube and so I got a MoYu RS3M 2020 3x3 to compete with him! We're neck and neck on about 50 secs average after a couple of months practice. Long way to go. F2L has been really fun to learn but I found it a bit bewildering to deal with the 3 main cases all at once. I actually decided to start by ONLY using cases with white facing up and ignore cases with white facing the side (yes, if it's on the side I push it up first!) and I've found this fun and intuitive, though I know it's really inefficient. My next challenge is to ONLY use cases with white on the side (yes, if white is facing up push it down so it's on the side) and try and get good at that, then of course combine the two.
