Hi all,
My (user)name is SpeedyCube. I’ve been solving Rubik’s Cubes for the past decade or so, but unfortunately life filled up after becoming an adult. Only recently have I had the time to go back to cubing.
I love my small collection of puzzles, which includes a 3x3 Rubik’s brand cube; a 3x3 SpeedRipper; a 2x2, 4x4, and 5x5 (unbranded) cubes; a “Rubik Edge” single layer puzzle; and a “QJ” -brand pyramid.
Recently I’ve had time to go back to cubing, and have noticed my time has continued to drop. Then watching “The Speed Cubers” on Netflix... well, let’s just saw the passion was fully reignited and I want to become a real speed cuber.
The 3x3 is definitely my favorite, and it’s the one I want to conquer more than anything. As of 8/22/20, my best time is 1:20.86 using the basic layer-by-layer method. I look forward to seeing that time continue to drop, learning from the group here, and having a ton of fun in the process!
