Hi! I love Minecraft and Rubik's Cubes! I'm not sure if I have an obsession with blocks or what... Anyway, I solve 3x3s in about 70-80 seconds. I use mainly beginner's method with H-Perm. My school has recently established a Cube Club, which has caused a rush for cubes. My cube was recently stolen due to said rush. I am currently using borrowed Rubik's brands but my Dayan Guhong should be here in a few days.

Welcome! I also love minecraft and rubik's cubes. In fact, there's a minecraft thread here :). I recently started a cubing club at my school. I don't think your the one who actually created it? But I have many ideas if you did. You will love your guhong, but remember the saying, "It's the cuber, not the cube" which is to say that you won't get amazing times just because you have the best cube in the world. You have to be a good cuber. Anyway, welcome again!

Welcome!
You sound exactly like my friend other than the GuHong and using Rubik's brands (he started using Ghost Hand 1 after breaking almost every cube he got). Once you get your GuHong it's going to be difficult going back to Rubik's brands. I started cubing and starting a cubing club but it didn't really start a rush. I'm the only one allowed to cube in class because only I can cube and pay attention at the same time.

I had two meets, so most people are working on last layer, or middle layer. But the one kid who I'm talking about went way ahead and worked on it at home, bought lanlan 2x2, 3x3, and 4x4 + a qj super square-1 (idk why, other than cheap and cool looking). He can do 2x2 and 3x3, and can almost do 4x4 but can't do parity (unless he learned at home).
