Hello guys, I am new cuber who recently joined the forum. I'm from India. Glad to be part of the forums.
I am just an amateur cuber. I've recently learned F2L, 2 look oll and PLL. My average is around 38 seconds and my best time is 28.43 sec on 3X3. So i would need a lot of advice on how to speed up. Please do help me if I ask some questions; guys!

You are close to world record times... you are in here -points to heart-
Also, Honestly, Goku, your main target for now should be F2L, because I use 4LLL and I average around 23 seconds, so you should surely be able to get atleast that with the method you are using.

Oh and Username, remember when I averaged 1:40? lol I look back and think "HOW!?"

EDIT: Sorry, I lied. I memorized Y perm, so I'm using 2 look PLL with one extra algorithm. That's it though.
