I can't see your solves very well because the cube is almost out of frame for part of the solve but I think you basically need to keep practicing and improvement will come with time. I think I saw you insert pairs on wrong slots and F2L in general seems to not be too efficient. Try to avoid rotations and insert into back slots when possible. Also try to watch walkthrough solves so that you pick more efficient ways to deal with some F2L cases. Also try to learn 1L PLL and drill your OLL and PLL algs so that you can execute them a bit faster. Don't try to be faster on F2L though, as that will affect your lookahead. Hope it helps.
