I'm prepping for US Nats and I am averaging around 30 -40 seconds with F2L (Intuitive), 2-Look OLL, and almost full PLL. I have been practicing my lookahead with a metronome, and am currently sitting at, with ease I might add, at 120 bpm. Should I move up from there, or focus on something else? My cross tends to average between 5 and 6 seconds, and my F2L is done before 30 seconds has passed. Leaving, on average, 10 seconds for Last Layer Any help would be appreciated as to where to move in practice or how to practice more efficiently.

Thanks for the help.

What about everything else?
Your splits look good, so practise whatever you think can be improved the most easily. Learning some of the easier PLLs could save you some time (Learn Y perm soon, because it makes learning quite a few other algs much easier). Cross to F2L transition is something many people struggle with; remember to turn slowly during the cross to look for your next pair.

the n perms are extremly fast and easy to remember, Na (r' D r U2) (r' D r U2)(r' D r U2)(r' D r U2) r' D r. D can be replaced with D' and Nb is the same thing except the r' and r are switched order (r D r' u2)

if you want to get faster in a short amount of time learn how to solve every f2l case as efficient as possible, lookahead isn't important yet
