as usual, damn mother scary.
for me i am not too sure >< cos i am a wrister personally, so any tips i can tell you is to cut down on your delays.
not sure whether you do it, cos all i see is a big blur.
i realise most cubers in school, after f2l. they pause. and then after oll. they pause. the they whack the pll with a hearty vegenance.
for me i try to link all of them, so my movements are all fluid. feels better.
and i can only beat you in f2l, and you know that.
my little trick to f2l is that i turn only my R and U faces. plus like i said, i am a wrister, so when i turn i can actually observe.
and then i memorize which edge pieces are on the "playing field" (namely the U layer) and then i try to make it into a nice, pretty and simple f2l like a simple RuR'. if i cant do that, my principle is, wait, do some random f2l, and align the rest of the other f2ls while doing that random f2l. by the time you fiinish, the rest should be in that simple and pretty state.
of course cross in 2 seconds or you can suicide.
oll and pll you pwn me, so i cant say much.
