I’m currently a mathematics student. I’m a cube enthusiast mainly interested in the mathematical and aesthetic aspects of twisty puzzles rather than speedcubing. I enjoy exploring artistic patterns on cubes and related mathematical questions.

Welcome to SS! I too am into the theoretical aspects of cubing, and enjoy creating new methods to solve the cube. There are plenty more people like me on the forums that you can discuss puzzle theory with.

No I’m really not good at speed. I only explore artistic patterns and related mathematical questions.

I don’t really track PBs. I’ve had a sub-1-minute 3×3 solve and a sub-2-minute 4×4 solve, but I don’t train speed regularly. Those were more like lucky runs rather than something I can consistently reproduce. My focus is on artistic patterns and related mathematical theory.
