Hey Kevin, welcome to speedsolving.com.
I know you may have loads of questions to ask, but before you go and post, try to search for an answer. Look at that blue bar near the top of the page, and click "Search". Look at stickied topics, such as Intro to speedcubing for beginners in the beginner's forum, and comparisons between cubes, in the Hardware section. Those should help quite a bit.

Keep cubing, and remember, where you are right now, learning new algos won't help nearly as much as a lot of good practise.

Yeah i do at a minimum 50 solves a day and i practice my f2l quite a bit its just learning some of these pll's thats getting to me. there tough to identify other then the obvious ones (three corners, 3 edges or 4 edges). I have also been on other forums for a long time with gaming so i know a quite a bit about the "do's" and the "dont's" of forums.

nice to meet you ;)

It always reduces me to tears when I see how fast other people progressed xD
Took me 6 months to get sub-40.
Anyway, welcome! Don't hesitate to ask a question if it hasn't already been answered, these are some of the most friendly people you'll meet. Someone here will know the answer.

Oh wow, okay so PJK and brunson are from around here....how many cubers are in the Denver/Boulder area?
