I live in the US.
I've been cubing for 2 years and I average 21-23 seconds.
I am currently using my YJ Sulong with a maru lube, and I like smooth turning on this cube because it's quiet and don't have to disturb someone while doing something.
I use the Fridrich method and am currently learning oll cases.

Although, I'm a little bit shy to ask to begin with, but anyway, it is nice to meet you!

Learning Full OLL eh?! It's pretty fun. Don't stick to the first alg you find just to reach "full" Oll. I did and I ended up relearning a bunch of them. Use the wiki and other sources to find ones you like the most.

It happens the same when I learned the oll cases that it is a little bit tricky to memorize some algorithm.
