Hey guys,
I'm 15 years old and from Germany!

I love rubiks cube in all sizes (I have all from 2x2 to 7x7 )
I'm cubing for 3 months and I average about 45-55 seconds. (3x3)
I'm using the beginner's method and currently learning the 4-look last layer.

What do you recommend to learn after the 4-look last layer?

4-Look LL is very good...probably you'll want proper Fridrich F2L after that. I recommend badmephisto's videos for a solid introduction:

I, and many, many other people, would recommend you learn Fridrich intuitive F2L. Badmephisto is a great person to learn it from. Here are some of his videos:
