I'm a middle school student who visited China, and got hooked onto cubing. I can solve cubes ranging from 2x2-7x7, But I only focus on speedcubing for 3x3. I've been cubing for about a half of a year now, and its really awesome to watch my times decrease. I currently average 25-30 seconds, and I use a Dayan Zhanchi. I use F2l, 2 look OLL, and full PLL. Hopefully, I can eventually get to sub 20 times.

My PBs are 18.491 for single, 23.845 for AO5 and 26.864 for AO12.

Welcome!! All I can say is try other methods for a week or two as well! ZZ has been really fun and makes F2L so much nicer

Welcome! I'm sure you will be sub-20 in no time considering how you're progressing so far. And I suspect you'll go far beyond that.

Nice to have you here on the forums. And if you feel the need to put those PB's in your signature, click on settings on the top right next to My Profile, then there is an Edit Signature button on the left of that screen. That took me a few weeks to find haha, although I wasn't looking that hard. Enter some weekly competitions or just add to the discussions as you want, I have found that this is a great crowd of people.

Look into other methods but know that if you like bigger cubes as well(4x4x4 through 7x7x7); CFOP is best for the 3x3x3 stage imo.

Woah! I just broke my PB when I was doing some random solves. 17.652! I started out pretty badly, some 31s, and 32s. Then I was under 30 for a while. And randomly I just get a 17.652. VICTORY!

Non-lucky, but easy cases. decently easy cross, I actually had fast F2L, one of the few OLLs I know, and a H perm

This is an AWESOME week for me, I JUST BROKE MY PB AGAIN. I messed up my cross, but when i fixed it, it made a F2L pair. I'm not complaining. 17.20
