Hey folks, I am Mona, started cubing a few years ago, 3x3 only. Got into this because one of my kids wanted to have a cube for her 9th birthday. So I thought, somebody has to show her how to do this and started learning it myself. Right now 3 members of the family are able to solve the cube, but I am the one a bit addicted to it. My PB is about 22 seconds.
Well, I registered her because I am facing some issues with a brand new Giiker Supercube I got for my birthday some days ago from my daughter ... looks like it didn’t register some of the moves I made – with the result that the cube displayed in the app is a complete mess while the one in front of me is perfectly solved. Tried to disconnect the cube and to uninstall and reinstall the app, but the problem remains the same.
I already read about some sensor problem, but I really don’t want to disassemble the cube
... and, right now it seems to register every move I make, each layer, both directions.
So I wonder if there might be a way to reset the app and tell it that this cube is in a solved state. But I am not very optimistic that this way exists. So... some kind of help would be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
(I will re-post this in the help section I guess ...)
