Hi, Chanz

</Chorus of monotone voices>

;)

Hello and welcome. If I may ask, how long have you been cubing? Have you only started recently, or have you been doing it for a while (but haven't joined speedsolving.com until now)?

wow you guyz so fast :D, well
yeah I started recently (I mean finally I solved it recently lol, but a big fan of rubiks ) and I never tried F2L OLL and bla bla.. :S But I can solve the cube (Algorithm) in 3.30 min (LOL I knw its too long :( ) cz I have really bad cube. so um gonna buy a new one. But I don't know what to buy, where from? so I've started a thread, and it's Here

Hello. Get a random speed cube (they are all good to me), and learn one of the big five methods. So you get some good knowledge.

Oh and they are:
Petrus, Roux, CFOP, ZZ, Waterman.
Edit: Dayan cubes are good; my friend got me a zhanchi and it's amazing. But it's just personal preference...

I know this was repeated before but lurk a bit more and use the Cube choice thread instead...

I agree with this. It's a cheesy statement, but it's a very true one: "It's the cuber, not the cube." Whilst I don't consider all cubes "good," pretty much any of them that turn is passable enough. It is nice to have a cube you like, though, so I would suggest getting a good cube anyway. I personally like Dayans most (as do a lot of people), though, for a beginner, I might recommend a Ghosthand II.
I'd also suggest learning the Big Five eventually, but before doing so first learn how to do F2L intuitively.
