Hi everyone, the name is Mimi. I've known how to solve a 3x3x3 and a 2x2x2 for a few years now but did not get into serious speedsolving until maybe two months ago. I'm sub 40-ish using intuitive F2L and attempting to memorize the OLL and PLL, any tricks you guys know would come in handy . I also picked up a pyraminx the other day, and have been hooked on it since, currently sub 18 with a pb of 8.88 using the LBL method and now learning the keyhole. Hopefully I can get faster and learn a lot .

As for other puzzles, I can solve a 2x2-4x4, a mirror, a pyraminx and a 3x3. Looking to expand into larger puzzles and different twisty ones after I get at least sub 30 with the 3x3. If anyone knows of a great site to buy cubes please share that as well! I've only ordered from 2 non-amazon sites and only one of them was good.

Hello! At your speed I would recommend sticking with 2-look OLL for a while, and begin to start memorizing all of the PLLs. If you do this, it will easily get you to sub-20 (with lots of F2L practice) without having to learn full OLL.

The best website for buying cubes, in the US at least, is probably thecubicle.us - they aren't the cheapest of all the options, but they always get their orders out right and on time, and have great customer service if anything goes wrong or if you have any questions.
