Haven't Cubed in Over a Year

Judging by a timelog I keep on another site, I haven't cubed since January of 2009.

Any big news that I missed while I was gone? Or tips for getting back to my old averages as quickly as possible?

I figured that much, but is there a better way then just repeated solves?

Buy an FII and AV if you don't have those they are a big change from the old cubes and i think you may like them most people do and the P word

I remember having a competition with you. I beat you with an average of 40 seconds, you had 45.
