Has anyone got any warm up routines I can use for 3x3?

Go through your algs and drill them to improve your accuracy and build up turning speed. So slow turning solves and increase the speed as you get more warmed up.

use a bigger 3x3 and do some solves with it, your normal 3x3 will feel tiny and you will have some more accuracy

In cold/winter weather I often run really warm (not *hot!*) water in the kitchen sink and hold my hands under it as if I were washing them until my fingers are good and warmed up (and also come back and repeat if they get cold again))
