actually I'm 29.
but most of the time i feel like a 19 year old in the body of a 54 year old
i hope that is going to change, since i've started doing sport again last week.

You mean you have started doing sports that require more than finger-moves?

I can tell from experience that this makes for an excellent practice:
Lay down on the floor
Assume a "sit-up" position with your whole body so your tummy-muscles are working
Solve the cube with your arms stretched above your face/head

If you can do that with anything bigger than 3x3x3 you are either and extremely fast solver or a lean-mean-fighting-machine
