Recently i've been keeping my nails short to prevent them from ruining my cube stickers.
Sometimes i use lotion to keep my hand clean and grippy.

What kind of hand care do you guys perform?

I. Hate. Lotion.

Sometimes I have cold hand problems so I run them under hot water before i start practicin.
I don't have fingernails. I chew them down.

Wash hands
Lotion (because black kid skin starts to look like it's rubbed with flour)
A bit of physical activity (stepmania, warming up, ect)

I have to make sure I keep from biting my nails because short nails makes my fingertips hurt, and I can't cube as well or as long.

I'm torn concerning my nails; They destroy cubes' stickers but I need them to play Flamenco guitar.

I keep my fingernails very short because of cubing. Anytime I feel a nail hit a sticker I stop after that solve and immediately go cut my fingernails. I wash my hands with very warm water if I am really attempting to break a new pb or get serious about a solve.

I also still need to ice my right wrist/forearm after longer cubing sessions such as doing a couple 3x3 averages or doing a 7x7BLD solve. Stupid early arthritis/carpal tunnel/whatever this is.
