Here is the Official Guinness World 2020 related to Cubing - Fastest Time to solve a Rubiks Cube whilst juggling

Cubers may ask why it is hand scrambled? We followed the official regulations passed down by Guinness that it has to be hand scrambled by 2 witnesses with at least 25 turns each. All evidence of the scrambled were taken and sent to Guinness for verification. The timing has to be taken from the average of 2 stop watches as stipulated by the Guinness guidelines.
