Getting faster at Master Magic

I've been practicing Master Magic lately using the method described in Stefan Pochmann's second Master Magic video on his website. I've seen his own video where he gets a time somewhere in the two second range. I have gotten a quick sub-4 solve, but if I want to get down the 2 second range is their more I can do. I know the first few moves can be done at the same time with different hands, but I'm having trouble doing both at once. Do any of you have any tips.

I have found it very difficult to solve quickly using Stefan's method, although I think that Tim Reynolds and Bob Burton use it...

Best bet is to switch to the Ooms method.

And Jon. Bob does use Stefan's method. Not sure about Tim.
