Can you tell me if I'm doing things right. I'm trying to learn full pll then full oll. And I'm also doing solves slowly too work on look ahead and solves with no cube rotations. It's this a good plan to get better?
I mean, hypothetically, it is the best plan for improvement at the ~20s level. Without specifics, this is probably what I’d recommend for most people, and there doesn’t seem to be anything awful about this plan
It would not be beneficial to start at 1 TPS that’s for sure. 1 TPS is really really slow, and might become monotonous if done more than a few times. I also believe that it trains bad a habit that you can take more breaks during small pauses, as doing 1 TPS gives the solver far more mini-pauses to look for pieces, which is exactly what we want to avoid. At minimum, lookahead practice for you should be at least 2 TPS to challenge yourself, although I’d recommend a stable and no-pause 3TPS.
