[Help Thread] getting back into 5x5

I avg 13 on 3x3, but stuck at 2:20 on 5x5.

Using a factory SS 5x5 from a few years ago, but I'm pretty sure my method of freeslicing isn't the best.

Any suggestions on which method I should look into? or any techniques that I should learn for faster freeslicing?

I use Hoya but I think its preference on wether you want to use Yau, Hoya or freeslice, won't hurt to try all 3 out.
I'll leave any freeslice tips for people who use the method. I would also recommend getting a new 5x5, Get either the Yuxin 5x5, Qiyi Wushuang or Moyu Weichuang GTS.

Hey I remember someone had posted an alternative 5x5 edges method which was good (specially made for hoya and yau)
Can someone link me to it?
