How do you guys do your front faces?
I hate doing the front face usually rotate the cube so I can do an R or R' instead.
Is there any finger tricks for the Front face?

Why did you also include additional turns with it too?
So does that mean I need to do it differently in F2L?

find your own fingertricks, experiment around with thumbs and different ways to hold the cube, until you find a way that gives you opportunity to do moves fast and that is comfortable for you

yeah, pretty much, i usually regrip when doing a F move, but in F2L I try do use d moves to avoid them, since its like a U with a cube rotation at the same time

i meaznt lower case d, you turn both the D and E (equator, horisontal middle layer) at the same time (also called wide turn D)

OH sorry, I know what d is :D
I just thought it was a type, sorry.
But doing an F is hard to avoid when doing 2Look OLL.

yeah, i use regripping there, twisting the hand as doing a R' and then do the F with index finger, then you have R U R' U' or U R U' R' depending on case, the F' at the end is quickly done with right thumb or left index finger,

Yeah, placing the thumb on the bottom and the rest of the hand on top with my index in a position to flick to front.
Thanks :)

no problem, when you have an alg that you think you got bad execution, experiment with different grips so less regrips are made through it, since those take a little time, and usually break the flow too :)

they're called that E - Equator, M - Middle, S - Standing, found it on a notation page back when i was a noob and didnt know which middle layer to turn when M appeared

yup 'M'iddle was clear. But all main algs have Ms and not much S, E. So not really easy to remember as u don't encounter daily. 'S'ide .. ?? hmmm... side middle . :)

UFR and DFR are pieces/stickers not turns. UFR = up front right, with the first letter sometimes denoting sticker. pushing on UFR for an F turn means placing your right index on the UFR sticker on the top layer, in the front right.
