Can somebody give me a link to a good tut for learning Fridrich, or maybe even Roux?

Anyway, there are plenty of good tuts. BTW its Fridrich method or CFOP. Google it and I guarentee you will get a lot of results.

My bad, misspell, and i would rather learn Roux, but i can't seem to find a GOOD tut, like how to swap center pieces on big cubes, i couldn't find a good tut on that so i taught myself and made a tut lol
