First time trying OH

Well, if you learn WV or CLS then you don't need to learn OLLs.

Sune is a part of CLS.

Even 8355 has OLL 'algs'.

Actually, there are 7 CLS C cases, which are the ones where the F2L is already done, by chance. :) You can't go ignoring that 26/405 of a chance, can you? (would be 27, but if you're on solve state, then don't need to learn anything :p)

And WV still has times where the F2L is done after finishing the 3rd pair.

Exactly. Also, notice I said other methods, not Roux.

/off topic

Name a speedsolving method that doesn't use an OLL algorithm. Maybe CF?

CF uses the double edge flip, which I believe is an OLL.
The pure edge flip can be viewed as an OLL, but you're not forced to use it. For the middle layer orientation, I use a commutator which doesn't preserve permutation, so I can proudly say I am able to solve the cube without using any OLL :D

Whoa!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OMGOMGOMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WHoa!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

11.33!!!!!!!!!!

On this scramble on CCT

L' R' U2 R' B' F' L2 R' U2 F L' R B2 L2 D' F U2 R2 B L2 R D U L2 U2

PLL skip and easy t orientation, most of the F2Ls were pairs.!!

Still!!!!!!!!

I find this a lot more amusing.
